If you already have an order
Use Messages in your dashboard. That thread is tied to your account and, when relevant, to the order. Do not paste passwords into the public contact form. We never send access secrets by email; we will point you back to the dashboard.
If you have not paid yet
The contact form is for questions about the $49 offer, whether Plus includes a specific Google or university course, or a problem creating the account. Include the email you signed up with. We are a small team — no chatbot.
Useful to include: signup email, order number (CA-……) if you have one, and the Coursera email on the profile.
