What we keep: account, order, and Coursera email. Credentials never go out by email.

We keep the data needed to create an account, fulfil the order, and provide support: name, email, Coursera account email, and order/message history.

Site passwords are stored as hashes. Access secrets are encrypted before storage.

We do not put credentials in email.
