Terms of service
1. Parties. These terms govern purchases from ENTITY_NAME not set ("we", "us"), registered at ENTITY_ADDRESS not set, registration number ENTITY_REG_NUMBER not set. We are an independent reseller; we are not Coursera, Inc.
2. The product. Coursera Plus: 1 Year: 12 Months of Coursera Plus access activated on the buyer's own Courseraaccount, sourced through an academic partner program. Certificates are issued byCoursera in the buyer's own name.
3. Buyer details. Before payment you provide your name, the full name that should appear on your Coursera certificate, the email address of the Coursera account to activate, and an email address for your order confirmation. Those details, and payment, are all that is required: no account is created on this site and there is nothing here for you to log into. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you supply, in particular the spelling of the certificate name and the Coursera account address, because we activate access against exactly what you give us. To correct any of it before fulfilment begins, contact support.
4. Payment. Prices are shown in EUR. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card details. VAT treatment: The price shown is the total charged, no VAT, fees or extras are added at payment.
5. Delivery. Stripe emails your payment receipt immediately. We then activate Coursera Plus on the Coursera account associated with the email address you supplied, and email you to confirm within 24 hours of payment. There is no account to create on this site and no dashboard: everything reaches you by email, and your learning takes place on coursera.org under your own login.
6. Guarantee. If access is not delivered as described, we repair the issue or refund in full, see the refund policy below.
7. What we are not. courseraccess is an independent reseller. We are not Coursera, we are not affiliated with Coursera, and we are not any of the universities or companies that publish courses on Coursera. We do not issue certificates: Coursera does, directly to you. Any institution or company name appearing on this site is used to describe who publishes on Coursera and implies no endorsement of us.
8. Your obligations. The Coursera account the access is applied to must be yours, and the email address and name you give us must be accurate. Access is for you personally: sharing, reselling or transferring a Courseraaccount breaches Coursera's own terms and can result in Coursera suspending it, which is outside our control and not refundable.
9. Things outside our control. Coursera sets its own catalog, pricing and terms, and can change what Coursera Plus includes or withdraw individual courses at any time. We cannot guarantee that a specific course will remain available for the whole term. What we guarantee is the subscription itself, on your own account, for the stated duration.
10. Limitation of liability. Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as missed study deadlines or career outcomes. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms, and the version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the time you paid. Material changes are not applied retroactively to orders already placed.
12. Complaints. Contact us firstand we will respond within 24 hours. You are not obliged to come to us first: you can raise a dispute with Stripe or your card issuer directly at any point, and you retain any right to refer a complaint to a consumer dispute body in your own jurisdiction.
13. Governing law. Governing law and jurisdiction are being confirmed with our legal adviser and will be stated here before this service accepts payments.
